✨ What's New

Clearer Redemption Process

We’ve added a confirmation popup for redemption options, allowing users to wait for transaction completion before closing the window. This feature improves the user experience and ensures users are informed about the status of their transactions.

In case of an error, users will see a message with error details, which can help admins troubleshoot the issue.

Redeem Statistics

You can now view redeem statistics for selected periods, including the last month. This feature provides valuable insights into user activity and helps you track the performance of your rewards program.

Quest as a Reward Back in Town

We’ve reintroduced the ability to use quests as rewards. You can now reward users with quests, bypassing any requirements and providing them with a personalized experience.

Prizeout Update

We've updated the Prizeout integration to the latest version to support session-based Prizeout. You can now use Prizeout with the latest features and improvements.

Icon Size Requirements

We’ve added image size requirements for all images. You can now see the requirements before uploading an image, ensuring that the image meets the necessary criteria. You can also use these requirements to prepare images in advance.

Groups for Quests

Similar to Redeem Options, quests can now be grouped. This feature allows you to organize quests into categories, making it easier for users to find and complete them.

'Implement Different' with Custom Challenge Logic

As a beta feature, we’ve added the ability for quest challenges to have custom logic. This feature allows you to create complex challenges that require specific conditions to be completed in a particular order. Whatever you can imagine, you can implement with this feature. Please contact us to enable this feature for your account.

Internal Notification System

As another beta feature, we are testing an internal notification system. We aim to provide you with as much information as possible about the system's state and user activity without overwhelming you with emails. We are testing this feature to see if it helps keep you informed about the system's status and user activity. Based on your feedback, we will increase the number of notifications and improve the system.

🔧 Improvements

  • Added more information about properties in the Property Search Popover. Now you can see the data type, values, and the number of users with this property.
  • Aligned the usage of Property Search Popover in the Game Element reward section with other parts of the system.
  • Added descriptions of filters to the export email. You can now see which filters were applied to the exported data.

🐞 Fixes

Fixed Ordering of Properties in the All Users Table

The All Users table is now properly ordered according to the property type, eliminating the previous disorganization. This fix also applies to exported data.

No More Unnecessary Columns in the All Users Table

We've unlocked the ability to remove the Level and Quests Completed columns from the All Users table. You can now add only the columns you need, making the table more compact and easier to navigate.

More Fixes

  • Removed the background from the initial loading screen before any theme is loaded. You can apply your own background before the theme loads.
  • Cleared user inventory history during reset. You can now reset the user without any leftovers.
  • Fixed an issue with the state of the last level form and new level form, so you can create new levels without any issues.
  • Eliminated the annoying scroll in the widget.
